How fast can we go live?
Parcel plans start once your product dimensions and shipper mix are loaded — most teams begin with our sample data structure and swap in their catalog. ERP Connect adds API integration and multi-user setup; we’ll scope that on a quick call.
Do we need IT to integrate?
Parcel and Container plans are fully usable in the browser — no API required. ERP Connect includes REST endpoints for orders, pack, and station push if you want your WMS or ERP to drive the workflow.
Can we plan full shipping container (FCL) loads?
Yes. Add 20ft, 40ft, 40HC, or pallet/container inner dimensions in the box designer, set ship mode to Containers (or Auto to mix parcel cartons and containers), then run calc & design. You get the same minimum-cube optimization and 3D stow diagram — ideal for export factories and freight forwarders.
What if we already have cartons in ERP?
Load your shipper library once with exact inner mm dimensions. Every order then gets the correct outer carton and pack plan from that mix — no re-keying per dispatch.
