Terms of Service

1. Service

maxpack.com.au provides cloud-hosted software for cube-optimal outer carton selection, 3D load diagrams, and warehouse packing tools, operated in Australia. Plans and pricing are published on our pricing page (Parcel load diagram, Container calculator, and ERP Connect).

2. Accounts

You are responsible for safeguarding login credentials and API keys. Parcel plans include one user without API access. Container plans include up to three users. ERP Connect includes up to ten users and full API access.

3. Acceptable use

You must not attempt to disrupt the service, access other customers' data, reverse-engineer the platform, or use the service for unlawful purposes.

4. Billing

Paid plans are billed monthly. Fees are quoted in AUD unless stated otherwise. Contact sales@maxpack.com.au to start a subscription.

5. Data

You retain ownership of catalog, order, and packing data you upload. We process it solely to provide the service. See our Privacy Policy.

6. Availability

We aim for high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. Planned maintenance will be communicated where practicable.

7. Limitation of liability

The service is provided as-is. Packing recommendations are decision-support tools — you remain responsible for verifying cartons, weights, and carrier rules before dispatch.
