• Account data — login email and workspace configuration for customers on paid plans.
• Operational data — product dimensions, carton definitions, orders, and packing results you enter into the platform.
• Technical data — server logs (IP address, browser type, pages visited) for security and performance.

How we use information

We use your information to provide the service, respond to sales enquiries, improve the product, secure our systems, and meet legal obligations. We do not sell personal information.

Storage & security

Data is hosted on secure servers in Australia. Access is restricted to authorised personnel. API keys and passwords are protected; customers should rotate API keys if compromised.

Retention

Contact enquiries are retained for sales follow-up. Customer workspace data is retained for the life of the subscription plus a reasonable backup period.
